Nicole Ozminkowski regularly represents corporate entities, including, health systems, hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, health homes, managed care organizations and physician practices in a wide array of corporate and regulatory compliance matters. Her corporate, regulatory and health care practice focuses on business organizational matters, general business contracts, mergers, acquisitions and health care regulatory matters including, but not limited to, HIPAA compliance, and state and federal mandated provider compliance program requirements. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Nicole was counsel at Health Care Navigator, LLC, where she performed extensive corporate, regulatory compliance and business transactional work for a variety of healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation therapy companies, hospices, and durable medical equipment and group purchasing organizations.
