Jordan Alaimo Bio

Jordan Alaimo represents developers, lenders and institutional and non-institutional investors in the acquisition, development, financing, construction, renovation, leasing, management and disposition of commercial real estate. He represents regional and national developers in the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, membership purchase agreements, financing documents and development agreements. He also drafts and negotiates lease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants. His practice spans the full spectrum of transactional real estate. Jordan’s experience includes representing institutional lenders in all aspects of the acquisition, refinance and development of commercial projects throughout the country and representing lending institutions in various loan modification transactions and post-foreclosure management of REO properties. Prior to joining Harris Beach Murtha, Jordan practiced at international firms in Florida and California.
