John Anzalone Bio

John Anzalone counsels clients in a broad range of matters involving zoning and municipal law, public finance, commercial transactional real estate and commercial litigation and civil litigation. He concentrates on land use development matters, representing clients in municipalities throughout Long Island. He also serves as counsel to corporations and other clients in matters involving zoning and municipal law, as well as civil litigation. John also has experience with transactional matters related to the purchase, sale and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, as well as being transaction counsel in Industrial Development Agency matters. That includes the negotiation, reviewing and drafting of residential and commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases and mortgage loan documents.
