Frank Muggia focuses on mergers and acquisitions with national experience in the veterinary and dental industries; personal injury defense work with extensive experience in the rental car industry; and commercial litigation. He serves as general counsel to national companies in the pharmaceutical industry and the veterinary industry. Frank handles corporate matters ranging from incorporations to national and multinational mergers and acquisitions, private equity roll ups and reverse mergers. Frank is a leading veterinary attorney and is nationally known in the field of veterinary law and ethics. He is involved in buying and selling veterinary practices nationwide, resolving partner and employee conflicts, effectuating solid and cohesive business plans, and litigating restrictive covenants. He is well-versed in all aspects of veterinary practice law, and counsels small animal, equine, bovine, and exotic animal practices. In the litigation area, Frank represents clients in multinational pharmaceutical litigation. He has briefed, argued and tried cases in many state and federal courts and has traveled the country handling corporate, commercial and litigation matters and negotiating disputes to a successful resolution. He represents many insurance companies and self-insureds involved in litigation, and provides litigation strategy and management to minimize the cost of doing business. He has a national practice servicing the rental car industry in litigation defense, licensing, franchising and general corporate matters.
