David Capriotti is managing partner of the firm’s Syracuse office. He focuses on commercial litigation and complex financial restructuring litigation, and litigates contract and construction cases. He has conducted numerous jury trials, bench trials and hearings in New York state and federal courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court.
