Christopher Andreucci provides general corporate counseling to businesses and financial institutions. His experience includes securities work including preparing blue sky memoranda, conducting due diligence and legal research with respect to various corporate, tax, real estate and public finance matters, and assisting companies with their business and transactional needs. Chris served as Director of Operations (1995-1997) and as Deputy County Executive (1998-2002) in the Office of the Albany County Executive. As deputy county executive, he acted as the chief operating officer for the county government. In 1997, Chris served as the secretary to the Senate Minority Conference of the New York State Legislature.
