Christopher Andreucci is a member of the Harris Beach Murtha Management Committee. Chris has served as bond counsel, transaction counsel, initial purchasers counsel, underwriters counsel, bank counsel, liquidity provider counsel and borrower counsel for a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, as well as project financings. Chris structures and closes transactions under the New Markets Tax Credit program and helps organizations obtain the tax credits. His public sector experience includes financings for public infrastructure; stadiums; colleges, universities and other section 501(c)(3) organizations; private and public schools; low-income housing facilities; and manufacturing facilities. Chris is actively involved with infrastructure projects in a variety of industries, including energy, solid waste management, water and wastewater facilities, and sports and entertainment venues. In this regard, he has represented numerous developers, lenders, and governmental entities in the development, contracting and financing aspects of the projects. He provides assistance in connection with industrial development agency sale-leaseback transactions.
