Johan Lidstrom Bio

Throughout my career I’ve been working with private M&A, and since joining Hansen in 2015, my focus has shifted from private equity and large cap transactions to working more with entrepreneurs and start-ups. I regularly advise fast-growing companies and their founders in relation to their expansion, financing and exit processes, as well as advising corporates/PE firms acquiring entrepreneur-led companies. Taking companies from early stage to something bigger is what I do best. I’m passionate about great business, regardless of industry, and I invest a great deal of emotion in my clients.
