I have extensive experience of M&A transactions in the Nordic Market, as adviser to leading private equity firms and corporates, but also to founders/entrepreneurs selling their companies to private equity or corporate investors. Most people only sell their company once, and for that special situation, you can rely that we will hold your hand throughout the process. Besides working with transactions, I regularly advise clients in general corporate matters, incentive programs and owner related matters (shareholders’ agreements etc.). Since 2019, I am the Managing Partner of Hansen. Together with my fantastic colleagues, I strive to continuously make the firm a better adviser as well as a better workplace.
