She has over 25 years of experience in transactional work in Finland and New York, including auction processes, bilateral processes, cross-border mergers, and demergers, but also private equity and equity investments. Moreover, she advises clients on corporate advisory, general contract law, and foreign direct investment screening. Tuire has special industry expertise in circular economy, waste management, forestry, data center, telecommunication, and healthcare sectors.
