Rabbe Sittnikow Bio

Rabbe is a partner within the firm’s M&A and Real Assets Practices. He has over 25 years of experience of corporate law and various private and public M&A deals, most of which have involved a cross-border element. Many of the deals have also involved either private equity funds directly or private equity backed companies. Rabbe has vast experience in advising clients within the infrastructure, energy, defence and technology sectors, having advised clients on some of the largest Finnish energy distribution deals and in relation to two planned Finnish nuclear power plant projects. He has handled a number of special situations assignments, such as advising the Finnish Government in its 10 billion euro project to procure a new fleet of fighter jets, and assisting Gasgrid Finland, the Finnish gas transmission operator, in chartering Finland’s first ever floating LNG storage vessel.
