Heidi Haanpaa focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising both corporate and private equity clients in a wide range of private M&A and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, distressed M&A and other corporate arrangements. In addition, she advises clients in foreign direct investment (FDI) screening processes as well as corporate law and corporate governance questions.
