Anniina Järvinen Bio

Anniina advises clients on capital markets transactions, public takeovers, and other corporate transactions involving listed companies and on corporate governance matters. She has extensive experience from complex domestic and cross-border transactions of listed companies in particular. Anniina has advised clients in numerous equity and debt capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights offerings, private placements, share buy-backs, bond issues, and regulatory matters, and other strategic corporate transactions, such as public tender offers, mergers, and demergers. In public takeovers, she has advised financial sponsors and industrial offerors and the boards and shareholders of acquired corporations. She has participated in drafting Finnish takeover regulation, including the latest Helsinki Takeover Code. Anniina also advises clients on corporate law, disclosure, ESG, and other corporate governance matters.
