Shaun Hardcastle has built a reputation in delivering strategic, commercial advice and innovative solutions to his clients and their complex commercial transactions. Shaun specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law. His expertise includes a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions including, equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. Shaun has worked across a range of industry sectors, including mining and resources, technology (including fintech, biotech and medtech), medicinal cannabis, mining services, and food & beverage. Shaun is a trusted advisor to many ASX listed companies and private businesses and often advises on all phases of their growth profile, from their start-up to public listing or private trade sale. Shaun has experience working in Australia and overseas and prior to joining Hamilton Locke worked at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Bellanhouse Lawyers, Herbert Smith Freehills, Carey Olsen in the Cayman Islands and in-house counsel at INPEX. Shaun also sits as a non-executive director of various ASX listed companies.
