Maggie has significant experience in the corporate and commercial sphere, specialising particularly in the fast-paced world of M&A, venture capital investments and private equity transactions. Maggie has worked across a broad range of industries, having practised in top tier law firms in Australia and New Zealand, as well as an in-house stint in the pharmaceutical industry. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Maggie was previously a Senior Associate at New Zealand firm, Anderson Creagh Lai, which joined Hamilton Locke in January 2023, with the establishment of Hamilton Locke New Zealand.
