Guy Sanderson brings over 30 years of expertise in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions and relies on his incisive and calm approach to providing innovative solutions to complex problems. He has worked on numerous notable transactions throughout his career and provides dependable, practical counsel aligned with each client’s core business objectives. Specializing in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, Guy has extensive international experience and also has a particular focus in the fintech industry. His main areas of expertise include ASX listings, capital raisings, cross-border listings, public company takeovers and mergers, private company acquisitions, buy-backs and reconstructions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Guy was a partner at Baker McKenzie in Sydney for over 20 years, where he was co-head of the Capital Markets group in Australia for a number of years. Previously he was a solicitor with King & Wood Mallesons in Perth.
