Andrew Vincent is known for his straightforward problem-solving approach to his work. His enthusiastic and commercial approach to his work is highly valued by clients and enables him to work optimally in highly pressured situations. Andrew is a banking and finance law specialist with extensive experience working on matters relating to project and infrastructure finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, real property finance, corporate finance and restructuring and insolvency. He has had a deep involvement advising on major projects, acquisitions and workouts across both Australia and the UK. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Andrew worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia and King & Wood Mallesons in Australia, and Allen & Overy, LLP in the United Kingdom.
