Alistair has over 15 years’ experience in high-profile transactional, litigious and advisory roles for clients across a range of industries, including the digital, media, FMCG, health and manufacturing sectors. Alistair is adept at assessing competition law risks, navigating merger clearance regimes in Australia and the UK, and coordinating applications and responses to ACCC inquiries. He also advises on Australian Consumer Law issues including misleading conduct, consumer guarantees and unfair contract terms. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Alistair was a partner of Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and has also worked as a senior associate in the London offices of Slaughter and May.
