Licensed in both California and Texas, Shelly’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Shelly assists clients with all aspects of real estate acquisitions and dispositions including development, due diligence and financing. Shelly’s commercial real estate practice includes representing both landlords and tenants with office and retail leases. Shelly also represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions including acquisitions and mergers, commercial loans, business formations, general business contracts and trademark registrations.
