Jackson Tang Bio

Jackson Tang is an international partner based in the Beijing and Shanghai offices. Mr. Tang has extensive experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance, foreign direct investments, private equity and venture capital, capital markets and general corporate matters. He particularly focuses on cross-border transactions involving both private and public companies. Mr. Tang is licensed to practice law in both China and the State of New York.
