Wang Jianyong is a partner, resident in the Shanghai office. Mr. Wang's practice focuses on capital markets and merger & acquisitions. Mr. Wang joined Haiwen in 1999. Mr. Wang worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its New York and Hong Kong offices from 2003 to 2004.
