Yoav Meer Bio

Yoav Meer practice focuses primarily on corporate finance, M&A and capital markets in transactions involving both privately-held and publicly traded Israeli and multinational corporations. Yoav has represented public and private buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, issuers and underwriters in offerings in the United States, England and Canada (both public offerings and private placements) and lenders and borrowers in debt financings. In addition, Yoav provides ongoing corporate counsel to technology and cannabis companies on all aspects related to their day-to-day activities. Prior to joining H-F & Co., Yoav acquired experience working as a senior associate at a top-ranked law firm in Israel.
