Omri Talmon Bio

Omri Talmon represents and accompanies technology-based companies in their commercial transactions and engagements, from inception through maturity, in matters which include IP licensing, trials and pilots, frame and OEM agreements, IP analysis and review, open source matters, review and counsel regarding privacy compliance. Omri has gained significant experience negotiating agreements with some of the most prominent multinational technology players. In providing legal counsel, and in drafting and negotiating agreements, Omri puts an emphasis on facilitating the business aspects, assisting clients to advance their goals and successfully seize opportunities. Omri’s practice is complemented by his substantial knowledge and experience in companies valuation gained during the years in which he served as academic assistant in the Interdisciplinary Center. Prior to joining H-F & Co., Omri served as the legal counsel of one of Israel’s established cellular-telecommunications Hi-Tech companies with a global reach, and prior to that as an associate in the Hi-Tech department of another leading firm in Israel.
