Volker Schwarz advises and represents companies in the field of commercial law. He focuses primarily on M&A as well as corporate and transformation law advice and has extensive experience in the corporate law structuring of nationally and internationally operating companies and groups. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the formation and ongoing corporate law support of German companies of all legal forms, in particular for foreign shareholders, as well as in the area of corporate agreements.
