Ulrich Stuhlfelner already focused on the construction industry during his studies and legal traineeship and has since been extensively active in private construction and plant engineering law (drafting contracts, project-related advice, claim management and litigation). His main areas of expertise include the law of companies with project-specific joint ventures and consortia in the construction industry as well as corporate law issues relating to all types of companies. Ulrich Stuhlfelner also has extensive expertise in the area of contributions and levies, particularly in the construction industry. In the focus group on energy, he is responsible for the area of photovoltaics (including plant construction and components).
