Thomas Muller Bio

Thomas Muller advises medium-sized companies through to corporate groups and associations on all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on ongoing advice to employers. Particular areas of focus are disputes with employees, faulty external staff assignments and clarification of the resulting consequences under social security law. He also provides strategic advice to executives in separation disputes. Due to his expertise and excellent network, he is also frequently called upon as an advisor during tax audits.
