Patrick Wolff Bio

Patrick Wolff advises credit institutions, financial service providers and companies on all issues of banking and banking supervisory law as well as anti-money laundering compliance and assists them in legal disputes, particularly in credit and security law, liability for investment advice and prospectus liability, with regard to the enforcement of or defence against claims under insolvency law and in disputes with supervisory authorities. Dr Wolff heads the focus area Banks and Financial Services and GvW’s Nordic Desk.
