Bettina Schmitt-Rady Bio

Bettina Schmitt-Rady heads the firm's real estate law practice goup. She advises, among others, domestic and foreign investors, project developers and the public sector on the purchase and sale of real estate and real estate portfolios and on commercial tenancy law. Dr Schmitt-Rady also renders specialist advice on urban planning and zoning law, building permits (including for high-rise projects), and other public law issues, inter alia environmental law incl. on contamination/brownfields.
