Jeffery Jonasen Bio

Jeff Jonasen has, for more than two decades, advised and counseled business owners, executives and boards of directors concerning their business and commercial transactions, their financings and acquisitions, their corporate governance responsibilities, and their other legal and regulatory obligations. His objective is to assist clients in achieving their goals and to help them avoid obstacles to success. Jeff is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2013, and he focuses his practice on corporate representation, licensing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate finance and securities. Jeff’s experience includes handling joint ventures, securities offerings, and other domestic and international business transactions, as well as in representing investors, start-ups, non-profit entities, benefit corporations, medium sized businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. He has represented a wide variety of clients in many different types of businesses, including overseas agricultural operations, international industrial equipment manufacturers, local medical practices, restaurant franchisees, private equity investors and funds, start-up technology companies, chambers of commerce, consulting firms, healthcare-related entities, investment advisors, and many others.
