Sima Kanan is a senior corporate lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. Most recently in the last 5 years Sima has specialised in investment funds and asset management. Sima’s work includes: acquisition and disposal of energy infrastructure assets, negotiation of multi-party Joint Venture agreements for the development of energy infrastructure projects, fund establishment and restructuring for Local Government Pension Scheme pools, Start-ups and SMEs including (Private Equity, Private Equity Real Estate and Infrastructure). Sima also works with placement agents, depositories and fund administrators.
