Nicholas Markman is a partner in our corporate and securities group and a founding member of our San Francisco office. Nic specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. He has expertise in incorporation, founder matters, strategic advisory, general corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, merger and acquisitions, and public offerings. His clients represent a wide variety of companies from consumer internet, enterprise (applications to infrastructure), security, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries to those focused on triple bottom-line outcomes. Nic has advised startup companies that have sold to Google, Yahoo, Autodesk, Cisco, Arctic Wolf and others. In addition, Nic represents a number of angel investors and prominent venture capital firms on investment transactions and portfolio company-related matters.
