David Horne is a corporate and securities partner. David Horne represents companies of all stages throughout their lifecycles, and also represents both early and growth stage investors. He is broadly experienced with a variety of equity financing structures and M&A transaction structures. At his core, David is an advisor who enjoys helping founders and investors solve complex problems. While in law school, David was a staff member of the Boston University Law Review.
