Scott Buehler is a principal Member of Guinness & Buehler, LLC. His practice is focused in the areas of real estate, corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, municipal law and workers’ compensation. Mr. Buehler represents real estate developers involving commercial and residential developments. These matters include the acquisition, sale and leasing of real property, engineering and environmental issues, obtaining State and local zoning and regulatory approval, road and utility issues, and litigating all disputes related thereto. Mr. Buehler frequently meets with and makes presentations on behalf of his clients with the various State and local entities regarding proposed developments. He also represents individuals regarding the sale of their residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. Mr. Buehler has extensive experience in the formation of new companies and providing advice on general business transactions. He has represented many clients with the acquisition and sale of their business. He frequently forms new businesses for clients, assists with financing, drafts shareholder agreements, addresses employment issues, drafts contracts, and provides assistance with succession planning.
