Bio

Full professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Economics of UNINT - Rome, Vice President of the Italian Superior Council of the Magistracy from 2010 to 2014 and one of its members from 1998 to 2001, as well as a Turin Bar attorney, admitted to practice law also before the Supreme Court. He has been a member of the Italian chamber of deputies for four parliament terms, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice and at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and President of the Ministerial Commissions responsible for the review of company laws and bankruptcy laws.
