Massimo Zappalà, partner and co-head of the Alliance's focus team on distressed M&As, specializes in corporate reorganisation, negotiated corporate crisis solutions, domestic and international corporate agreements, as well as advising on extraordinary transactions (domestic and cross-border), M&As, joint ventures and acquisition financing. Massimo Zappalà is insolvency and business crisis professor at Padua University. With over 15 years of experience in extrajudicial consultancy, Massimo Zappalà has gained particular expertise in corporate financing and distressed M&A solutions. He is regularly invited to participate in conferences and seminars as a speaker on corporate crisis, business transfer and M&A. Since 2013, he has also been a member of the dispute resolution Court of Curia Mercatorum - Centre for Mediation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso-Belluno.
