Marco Bertini Bio

Marco Bertini has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, as well as corporate governance and generational succession. He advises Italian and international clients on M&A transactions - frequently cross-border - involving participations and/or assets held by industrial operators and private equity funds. Furthermore, Marco has significant expertise in foreign direct investments and the establishment of joint ventures - both contractual and corporate - for production delocalization and/or commercial expansion in the US, European, Middle Eastern, and Asian jurisdictions. He is well-versed in drafting, negotiating, and managing domestic and international commercial contracts across various sectors, including complex projects in industrial plant, construction, and infrastructure. In this context, he assists in both the negotiation of contracts with clients and subcontractors, and the execution of works, particularly focusing on the management of contractual claims. In recent years, Marco has gained specific experience in international labor mobility, providing assistance regarding labor, social security, and tax aspects for workers operating abroad. Prior to joining Grimaldi Alliance, Marco collaborated with leading Italian firms.
