Lorenzo Camilotti has gained specific experience, both nationally and internationally, mainly in commercial and corporate matters. He assists Italian and foreign clients in the financial sector. He deals in particular with M&A, private equity, club deals, joint ventures investments and national and international commercial contracts. He has handled numerous extraordinary transactions (sales and acquisitions of shareholdings and companies/businesses, reorganisations of corporate groups, etc.). In the energy sector, he supports clients in the development and acquisition of projects in the energy, energy efficiency and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on plants powered by renewable sources, PPAs, and, in particular, in the related contracting and project finance, as well as in BOT and BOOT projects.
