Giovanni Bocciardo has a significant experience in corporate, M&A and banking sectors and advises Italian and foreign private and public companies, private equity funds and financial institutions on national and cross-border transactions, namely in the renewable energy sector. He sits on the Board of Directors and Supervisory Boards of several internationally renowned Companies. As a former partner at Ughi e Nunziante Law Firm, Mr. Bocciardo joined Grimaldi Studio Legale in January 2015.
