Giovanna Puppo Della Gherardesca, new Equity Partner of Grimaldi: with a solid professional and academic background, gained in the course of her 25-year career, lastly at the law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappeli & Parners, Giovanna specializes in M&A, private equity, corporate governance, international contracts, commercial and corporate law. She has accrued significant experience in transnational transactions, in assisting investment funds and primary Italian and multinational companies (in the automotive, fashion & luxury sector), in negotiating acquisition agreements, joint ventures, investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements, distribution and outsourcing agreements, in assisting clients in their development strategies abroad. She has collaborated with the Politecnico of Milan and the Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione (post-graduate school of public administration), with Confindustria and Borsa Italiana, and dealt with issues typical of this sector, corporate responsibility and sustainability.
