Francesco Pellone is a Chartered accountant and Auditor, member of board of statutory auditors and member of the board of directors of leading companies. He boasts many years of experience in the field of business consultancy, accounting, tax and financial consultancy, with particular reference to M&A transactions, structured finance, corporate reorganizations, extraordinary transactions for private and public companies at national and international level, as well as management planning and control activities. He also advises multinational corporations, both listed and unlisted, and investment funds. Prior to joining Studio Grimaldi, he founded Studio Pellone Associati - Chartered Accountants, mentioned several times as one of the best firms in Southern Italy. Francesco Pellone has occasionally been a lecturer on subject-matters related to tax.
