Elena Sacco is based in the Milan office. Mrs Sacco advises Italian and foreign companies, including companies listed on the Italian regulated markets as well as on the Italian non regulated market, and notably multi-utilities and companies operating within the energy sectors in M&A transactions. Mrs Sacco has a solid experience in equity capital markets transactions such as Initial Public Offerings, tender offers and financial instruments offers. Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Elena Sacco worked for d’Urso Munari Gatti law firm.
