Davide Angelo has over 20 years of experience extending across all aspects of corporate transactions, at a national and international level, which has enabled him to serve Italian and foreign companies as well as private equity funds in the context of financial services, distressed assets, communication, IT, chemicals, bio-pharma, logistics and the luxury sector. Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Davide practiced as a corporate partner at a large international law firm in the UK for a period of over 12 years. He also assists clients in corporate litigations before Italian Courts and in national and international arbitrations. Davide often participates in conferences and seminars on corporate matters, in Italy and abroad.
