Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Annalisa Pescatori was Equity Partner at Tonucci & Partners Law Firm and, from 2002 to 2011, at Studio Grimaldi e Associati. She has also collaborated with Clifford Chance and Studio Grimaldi e Associati, as well as Bonelli e Associati Law Firm in Rome working alongside Professor Bonelli. From 1991 to 1996 she worked at I.M.I. – Istituto Mobiliare Italiano S.p.A. (an Italian investment institute), as a legal counsel of the (i) Corporate Finance Department and at the Vice General Director of Finance’s office, where she had the opportunity of acquiring extensive experience in privatisation transactions, ever since their establishment in 1992, and in corporate finance, and (ii) Finance and Equity Department, Foreign Staff, where she was mainly involved in matters related to Japanese markets, for which reason she also spent eight months in Tokyo at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ); as a trainee, she worked at Prof. Avv. Di Amato’s Law Firm (1987-1990). Annalisa Pescatori specializes in corporate finance. During her professional activity she has developed an in-depth experience, especially in corporate and financial law. She has participated in important extraordinary transactions, both at a national and international level, for major financial institutions in the banking sector, for multinational groups and different private equity funds. Furthermore, she provides assistance in matters related to compliance and corporate governance.
