Andrea Foschi Bio

Andrea Foschi has specific experience serving on Boards of Statutory Auditors, often as a statutory auditor, and on the so-called "231" supervisory bodies. Additionally, he holds positions on management and/or administrative bodies, and has also received appointments pursuant to Art. 2409 or as part of turnaround procedures as a member of management and supervisory bodies as an "independent third party" and with a coordinating role for advisors. He also acts as a bankruptcy receiver and has participated in numerous reorganisation procedures both serving as a petitioner and attesting professional, as well as Commissioner and Judicial Liquidator.
