Partner responsible of Corporate Financial Distress, Restructuring and Turnaround, Evaluations, Financial Statement, at Grimaldi Studio Legale. Corporate Finance professor at the Bocconi University in Milan and lecturer in first and second level Master courses in different national and international universities. He is Visiting Research Fellow at the Lincoln University - Business School (UK). He has been board member of Scientific Committe of International Academic Seminars and he is frequently speaker to Academic International Conferences or Seminars. He has been appointed Associate Professor in Corporate Finance (ASN 2018-2021). Chairman of ANDAF’s Financial Reporting Standard Technical Committee. Coordinator of the CNDCEC’s “NPL” Study Commission and of the CNDCEC’s Working Group for the review of “Recovery Plans Audit Principles” and expert member of the CNDCEC’s Working Group “Corporate valuations”. Member of working groups on the “national accounting principles and financial instruments” of the OIC (Italian Accounting Body) and on the “principles for assessing companies in a state of crisis” of the OIV (Italian Assessment Body) as well as on “the information, in terms of assessment, contained in prospectuses” in the context of IPO transactions and in capital increase or POS transactions by companies having non-traded securities on regulated markets. Alberto started off his career in 1988 at Price Waterhouse and, at the end of this experience, he took the office of Manager. In 1994 he has entered Top Sim in his capacity as CFO. After three years of experience at a Tax Consultant Office - Law Firm (formerly with the name of Studio Legale Tributario Fantozzi – Biscozzi), where he was an advisor to industrial, financial, banking and insurance companies, from 2000 to 2006, he held the position of CFO and Human Resources Director of the CITEC’s Group (5 companies, 50 million euro consolidated revenues). In 2007 he joined “Bertoli & Associati”, as Partner, and provided, in particular, corporate and accounting advice. He has been founding partner of “Studio Mottura Tron - Dottori Commercialisti Associati” and founding partner and CEO of PMD S.r.l..
