Mr. Pala possesses extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, equity listing, IPO and capital markets operations, in the context of which he has served banks, service and industrial companies, including multi-utilities operating in the energy sector. Furthermore, he provides assistance in the sectors of corporate governance, commercial contracts and real estate.
