A New England native, Dan Paci provides numerous services in areas of federal, state and local taxation, and services in all major tax areas with emphasis on taxation as it impacts corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, pension and profit sharing plans, trusts, gift and estate planning, business planning and entity selection issues. He provides transactional advice to corporations, trusts and individuals including mergers, acquisitions, real property transactions, tax-free exchanges and other tax deferral opportunities, many of which involve unique and novel tax issues. He represents clients in contested tax matters at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax authorities.
