Florian Wolff advises national and international companies on mergers & acquisitions. He predominantly advises foreign institutional and strategic investors on acquisitions of medium-sized German companies. He also has many years of experience in cross-border transactions and the drafting of international contracts. Florian Wolff also heads GÖRG's , and advises various clients from China, Japan, Korea, other East and South East Asian countries and Russia on their investments in Germany and throughout the EU.
