Joseph Lessem joined Graubard Miller in January 2005. Previously, he was a partner at Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. and Special Counsel to Gursky & Ederer, LLP. Joe has extensive experience litigating intellectual property, real estate, antitrust, and commercial cases in federal and state courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission and arbitral tribunals. Joe is the author of "How to Prepare Copyright Registrations and Copyright License Agreements that Maximize Damage Awards and Effective Equitable Relief," AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute Handbook (2001) and "Consumer Surveys in Trademark Litigation: Are They Worth It?" Corporate Counsel's Quarterly, vol. 16, no. 2 (April 2000). He has been a guest lecturer on intellectual property litigation at New York Law School.
