C. Daniel Chill joined Graubard Miller in 1983 and is a senior partner in our litigation department. He has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial, governmental and administrative, trust and estate, real estate and other litigation fields at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and has served as counsel of record in more than 70 reported cases. During his career, he has also served as a law clerk to the Hon. William H. Timbers, U.S. District Judge, District of Connecticut, in 1961, Chief Counsel, Minority Leader, 1969-74, and Chief Counsel to Speaker, 1975, of the New York State Assembly, Commissioner of the Legislative Bill Draft Commission, New York State Legislature, 1976-81, Chief Counsel to the Assembly portion of the New York State Task Force on Demographic Research and Reapportionment, 1981-present, and as a member of the New York State Real Estate Board, 1996-2000. In 2004, Mr. Chill was appointed as a tenured Professor of Law and Political Science at Touro University, in which position he continues to serve. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
