Bio

Radhika Vaidyanathan is a partner in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, practising corporate/commercial law. Radhika advises both private and public companies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financings, and reorganizations. Her corporate finance practice involves advising issuers and underwriters on prospectus offerings, private placements and stock exchange listings, and providing advice on corporate governance matters. Radhika is an active director of a not-for-profit association that is focused on teaching youth financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workplace readiness. Radhika is also a qualified lawyer in both Ontario and India, and has experience working with a top-tier law firm in India.
